Ingredients
3 to 4 Idlis
Scoop the idlis from the centre gently and make a dent. Mix the scooped out part with Flaxseeds Molagapodi (Gun powder), and keep aside.

For filling:
1/3 cup steam cooked red cow peas
2 tbsp each finely grated onion and tomato
1 tbsp sweet chatni
Salt to taste
Sauté the cooked peas with onion and tomato for a few minutes. Switch off and add the sweet chatni.

For Gazpacho:
¼ cup Green chatni
1 medium beetroot
1 medium tomato
1 big piece red bell pepper
Green: Mix ½ cup water, ½ tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp cumin powder with green chatni and strain.
Pink: Peel and grate a medium sized beetroot. Blend smooth. Add ½ cup water and strain. Add chaat masala, rock salt and ½ tsp cumin powder and keep aside.
Red: Blend tomato and red bell pepper to a smooth paste. Add ½ cup water and strain. Add chaat masala, rock salt and ½ tsp cumin powder and keep aside.
I have strained the soup. However, if you do not mind the residue, you can keep them.
